Mr. D P Agarwal is the Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of TCI. Mr. Agarwal has been associated with the transport industry for more than 54 years. He has been contributing in developing the unorganized logistics sector into an organized one.

Mr. Agarwal is also associated with various Chambers of Commerce including CII, FICCI & PHDCCI. He also takes active participation in many social and philanthropic activities for the common good.

Mr. Chander Agarwal

Managing Director

Mr Chander Agarwal is serving as the Managing Director of TCI EXPRESS. He is responsible for the strategic development and financial directions of the company. TCI Express is Publicly listed on both the National Stock Exchange and the Bombay Stock Exchange and is India’s Number 1 and fastest growing express delivery company. Mr. Pabitra Mohan Panda

Chief Business Officer

Mr. Pabitra Mohan Panda is the Chief Business Officer at TCI EXPRESS. He joined the TCI Group in 1998 and has since rendered over 26 years of impressive service to the company. Over the years, he has worked across multiple functions and departments, ascending to the role of Chief Operating Officer (2019–24) and then Senior Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (2024–25). Prior to this, he served as the Regional Express Manager for the Delhi Region.

Mr. Mukti Lal

Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Mukti Lal is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer at TCI EXPRESS. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has been associated with the TCI Group for over 20 years, serving in various capacities, including as CFO-XPS, a division of Transport Corporation of India Limited. He has served as CFO of TCI EXPRESS since its demerger from the Group in 2016. A seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience, he has played a key role in strategy and corporate governance.
