Terms & Conditions
- Refund is applicable for the Dockets booked under the Money Back Guarantee Scheme only.
- TCIEXPRESS Money Back Guarantee Scheme is available for Surface, Rail and Air transportation modes
- Only paid bookings are allowed under the TCIEXPRESS Money Back Guarantee Scheme
- Refund of the Basic Freight is applicable only in case the delivery is delayed than the Scheduled Delivery Date (As per system).
- Minimum Freight in MBG for Surface & Rail should be Rs. 1,000.00 and for Air Rs. 2500.00.
- Maximum Weight Per Package for Surface & Rail should be 100kg and for Air 35kg.
- Money Back Guarantee scheme is available only in the selected Pin Codes. Please check the Pin Code eligibility for the MBG Scheme.
- Cut off time for MBG booking in system for the day is 06.00 PM. MBG dockets booked after 06:00 PM will be considered as next date booking and TAT will be extended accordingly.
- No Refund will be applicable in case of the delays due to Unavoidable circumstances like Natural Calamity, Extreme Weather conditions, Strikes, Road Blockages, political activities or administrative restrictions etc.
- Refund is not applicable for delays or unsuccessful deliveries due to factors beyond its control such as inaccurate shipment details or wrong contact details, receiver-requested delays, unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, unpaid duties and taxes.
- Customer must send the Refund Claim Request by Email within 7 days of the delivery at mbg@tciexpress.in along with the docket details.
- Refund will be processed within the 7 Business Days of the receipt of the claim.
- Refund of the basic freight will be made to the respective bank account only through which the payment was made.
